Empress Dusty Balfour

Dusty Balfour has been involved with the International Imperial Court System since 2005. In Toronto, Ontario’s capital city, Dusty raised significant funds as Miss Trillium 2007-2008 and was elected Empress XXIV, allowing her to spearhead fundraising campaigns for The People with AIDS Foundation (PWA) and Supporting Our Youth (SOY). Moving to the Niagara Region after her reign as Empress, Dusty became involved with Pride Niagara as the first Miss Pride Niagara, raising awareness throughout the region. She also took this opportunity to become active within the Imperial Court of Niagara and branched-out to join Big Brothers Big Sisters as a fundraising coordinator. Since that time, Dusty has remained extremely active in the Court system, and was crowned Empress XXII of The Imperial Court of the Waterfall Empire. Currently, as dowager Monarch, she returns to sit on the Executive Council and looks forward to working with the International Court Council.
