Fort Worth Imperial Coronation

On behalf of Their Most Imperial Majesties, Emperor XL Dalton Murphy and Empress XL Italy Nicole Jenkins, the Board of Directors, College of Monarchs and General Membership of the Imperial Court de’ Fort Worth / Arlington, Inc. we invite One and All to Fort Worth, Texas as we proudly present “Coronation XLI ~ A Night at the Neon Circus in Cowtown”. Festivities take place March 18th thru 22nd, 2020. It will be our honor to host and share this memorable weekend with each of our distinguished guests and friends.
At this time we would also like to have everyone Save the Date of April 18, 2020 for Investitures for Reign XLI, additional details will be announced at a later time.

Show order will be Reigning Monarchs, then Past Monarchs and Line Members, as music is turned in, as time permits. In the interest of time, music will be faded once the tipping has stopped and, in those very rare instances, for those that choose to be divas and not take their money until later in their number.
The show will be followed by our bus tour to local clubs and will be hosted by our Candidates for Emperor and Empress XLI.
Charity Command
A command to be performed during Coronation will be auctioned off on Friday night during the Out of Town Show.

Hospitality
Dowager Emperor XXXIX Robert Buckner and Dowager Empress XXXIX Melody Lane (Jason Bernard) will provide a generous hospitality to our guests, with food, fun and adult beverages on Friday & Saturday.
Hospitality Hours:
Friday, March 20th Noon – 4:00pm, then after the bar tour until 2:00am. All guests must have a wristband to attend hospitality after the bar tour. Guests not attending the bar tour may purchase a wristband for $10.00.
Saturday, March 21st (coffee served at 8:00am) 9:00am – 3:00pm, then ½ hour after Coronation – 2:00am. All guests must have a wristband to attend hospitality after Coronation. Guests not attending Coronation may purchase a wristband for $10.00.

ICFWA is once again proud to have the Radisson Hotel Fort Worth Fossil Creek, 2540 Meacham Boulevard, Fort Worth, Texas 76106, as our venue for Coronation activities.
Room rates are $99.00 + tax for King or Double/Double. Cut-off date for the preferred rate is February 24, 2020. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 817-625-9911 using group rate code: ICOURT or through the hotel’s website by using the following link:
If you find a better rate through the hotel website, please let us know so that we can transfer your reservation to our room block. Please remember to act responsibly for the comfort of other quests and please bring your own makeup towels.
Program Advertising
We invite you to place a full page, full color ad in our commemorative ball program. Our program is standard 8 ½ x 11 format. Please submit artwork with (1/4”) border. Acceptable formats include pdf and jpeg. Files should be no less than 300 dpi.

Protocol
Protocol will be accepted on Saturday, March 21st from 10:00am – 2:00pm. Submission of electronic protocol is strongly encouraged and can be sent to protocol@icfwa.org
ICFWA adheres to the one walk rule with your highest ranking title. Only titles bestowed by Emperor XL Dalton Murphy and Empress XL Italy Nicole Jenkins, Queen Mother of the Americas, Nicole the Great and those titles sanctioned by our late founder, Jose’ I, will be allowed. All other titles will be red-lined as will affiliations with houses and societies.
Personal titles (such as the Purple Passion Emperor) will be limited to reigning monarchs only. Please note that NO dynastic names will be allowed. We ask that you use the name that you are customarily introduced with at your own court functions.
