Imperial Accord of Partnership

Whereas, the International Court System is one of the oldest and largest organizations working to promote the well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people for over 41 years; and

Whereas, the International Court System has a unparalleled international network of courts and baronies which annually raise millions of dollars to support worthwhile causes; and

Whereas, Egale Canada is the oldest national organization working to advance the rights of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people for over 34 years; and

Whereas, the International Court System and the Egale Canada each wish to increase the participation of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people in the pursuit of equality in the United States; and

Whereas Egale Canada has petitioned her Imperial Majesty, Empress Nicole the Great, Queen Mother of the Americas, to enter into a partnership to facilitate the two organizations working together to promote equality for our people; and

Whereas, her Imperial Majesty has determined that such a partnership would be beneficial to the larger gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community,

Now therefore the International Court System and Egale Canada do hereby enter into this Imperial Accord of Partnership and agree to work together to promote the cause of equality for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people and to engage in joint projects to increase the participation of gay,
lesbian, bisexual and transgender people in the pursuit of justice for all people.

This Accord of Partnership shall remain in full force and effect until dissolved by the decree of her Imperial Majesty, Empress Nicole the Great, Queen Mother of the Americas, or her successor to the
throne of the International Court Council of the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Signed and Sealed and Ratified this 15th Day of March in the City of Vancouver in the Province of British Columbia, in the great nation of Canada in the Year of our Lord Two Thousand Eight.
